SPACE 23 PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie to support the Head Chef and lead kitchen operations in your section, ensuring dishes are prepared to the restaurant’s standards and presented with consistency during service.

You will maintain mise en place, monitor quality, coordinate with front-of-house, and contribute to stock control. A minimum of 2 years in a professional kitchen and strong culinary skills are required; weekends and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
• Strong culinary and technical skills in your specialised section.
• Knowledge of kitchen operations, food costing, hygiene practices.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work under pressure.
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and split shifts as required.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the required standard within your section.
• Ensure mise en place is completed and your station is fully ready for service.
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation throughout all service periods.
• Monitor inventory levels for your section and assist in stock control and ordering.
• Follow all hygiene, health, and food safety standards.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth coordination.
• Maintain a clean, organised work environment and uphold kitchen discipline and standards.
