Elephant Grounds in Singapore is seeking a Senior Chef De Partie to lead a designated kitchen section with a commitment to taste, quality, and presentation. You will guide junior staff, maintain mise en place, and ensure smooth service during peak hours.

The role requires strong cooking skills, hygiene compliance, and the ability to handle high-volume operations. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is essential for this fast-paced hospitality team.

Formación

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as Senior Chef de Partie in a high-paced kitchen.
• Proven experience in supervising or mentoring junior kitchen staff.
• Strong technical cooking skills with attention to detail in taste, presentation, and portioning.
• Food Hygiene certification required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Lead your designated kitchen section to ensure taste, quality and presentation meet standards.
• Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff to develop skills and consistency.
• Maintain mise en place and coordinate during peak hours for smooth service.
• Enforce food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards per regulations and SOPs.
• Assist in inventory control, portioning, and ingredient usage to minimize waste.
