Job summary

JustCo is seeking a Project Manager to lead the opening of new co-working centres and manage ongoing maintenance across Asia Pacific. You will coordinate tendering, procurement, budgeting, and quality assurance to ensure local regulatory compliance and timely delivery.

You will also support operations in centre upkeep, develop maintenance checklists and SOPs, and drive material/method improvements for durability and service quality. Travel to sites is required.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Building/Facilities Management or related discipline.
• Proven project management experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in fit-out and facilities maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Open new co-working centres including tendering, procurement, cost and quality management.
• Oversee ongoing maintenance and defect liability period for centres; develop SOPs.
