Job summary

NEW HOPE COMMUNITY SERVICES LIMITED is seeking an Operations, Facilities & Programme Executive to manage day-to-day centre operations, bookings and hospitality within the Community of Impact (COI). You will coordinate programmes, events and vendor services to deliver a safe, welcoming environment aligned with organisational goals.

You will work closely with staff, caretakers, volunteers and partners, ensuring operational readiness, accurate records and timely reporting while supporting programme

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma in relevant disciplines.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in facilities, operations, administration, hospitality, programme coordination or a related capacity.
• Experience managing multiple operational responsibilities within a facility or community space is advantageous.
• Occasional work outside normal office hours may be required to support programmes and bookings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee centre operations and end-to-end booking management, including inquiries, site visits, confirmations and post-event follow-up.
• Maintain the centre booking calendar and coordinate daily operations with programme schedules.
• Coordinate room setup, AV/equipment, F&B and other logistical needs for bookings and events.
• Manage housekeeping, inventory, procurement and vendor services to ensure a clean, safe environment.
• Coordinate staff, interns, cleaners, volunteers and caretakers for centre activities and programmes.
• Support programme planning, budgeting, logistics and stakeholder communication.
• Prepare invoices, track payments and maintain financial records for internal reporting.
• Develop SOPs and operational guidelines to ensure safety and compliance.
