Job summary

JustCo Group in Singapore seeks an experienced project manager to oversee new centre openings and the ongoing maintenance of co-working spaces across markets. You will manage tendering, cost estimation, procurement, and sustainability compliance to ensure timely delivery of high-quality centres.

This role requires 5+ years in project management or facilities fit-out, strong communication, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Building/Facilities Management/Engineering/Interior design/PM or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of proven project management and fit-out experience.
• Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead new centre openings including tender documents, procurement, cost management, contractor/vendor management, sustainability construction management and QA.
• Plan, oversee and open new centres within budget, schedule and quality.
• Support feasibility studies, design and construction cost estimation for new centres.
• Oversee ongoing maintenance and defect liability period; develop maintenance SOPs.
• Recommend materials and methods improvements to enhance centre durability and quality.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

A. New Centre Openings

• Responsible for all project management activities to open new co‑working centres (local and overseas). This includes preparing for tender document including BQ measurements, procurement, project management, contractor/vendor management, cost management, Green and sustainability construction management, quality assurance, local regulation/building code compliance, defects rectification, etc.
• Plan, Oversee and Open new co‑working centres within budget, schedule, quality and contractors’ workmanship.
• Support various stakeholders in new centre feasibility study, design, and construction cost estimation.

B. Ongoing Centre Maintenance

• Supporting our operation and facility management colleague to oversee the ongoing maintenance of all co‑working centres and project under defect liability period. Develop maintenance checklists and standard operating procedures for centre upkeep.
• Oversee repairs, additions and alterations to existing co‑working centres as required.
• Recommend initiatives and areas for improvement on construction materials used and construction methodology to Centres durability and quality.

Pre‑requisites for this role includes:

• Degree or Diploma in Building/Facilities Management/Mechanical or Electrical Engineering/Interior design/Project Management or any other related discipline
• At least 5 years of proven project management and fit‑out experience. Candidate with facilities management or working as QS before or/and overseas working experience would be an added advantage.
• Able to multi‑task and work independently in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Creative, hands‑on with good problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to travel when required
