Job summary

• Degree in any discipline; advantage for healthcare/social work/counselling.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience; healthcare/social services/community engagement preferred.
• Passion for communication and public policies; strong people skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead outreach engagement and oversee deployment of volunteers (SGAs).
• Sense needs of seniors and coach SGAs; consolidate feedback from seniors and partners.
• Coordinate care referrals across agencies; ensure divisional KPIs and engagement quality.
• Supervise and motivate SGAs during house visits and community events.
• Build relationships with community stakeholders to support collaboration and pilots.
