Job summary

TOUCH Community Services Ltd in Singapore seeks a Senior/Programme Officer to support the Programme Executive in daily operations at the Active Ageing Centre. You will help with programme planning, outreach, volunteer coordination, and admin tasks to foster an engaging, safe environment for seniors.

You will work closely with seniors, community partners and volunteers to promote active ageing and preventive health practices while ensuring smooth programme delivery.

Qualifications

• GCE O/N Level or Diploma with 1–2 years’ relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal and community engagement skills.
• Ability to facilitate programmes and activities for seniors.
• Good administrative, organisational, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Programme Executive in delivery, outreach and administration.
• Provides operational, logistical, and administrative support.
• Organises logistics for programmes and facilitates on-site activities.
• Supports outreach, follow-up calls/visits and participant recruitment.
• Coordinates volunteers and assists training sessions.
• Maintains attendance records, updates databases, and handles petty cash.
• Liaises with partners for event logistics or referrals as directed.
