Job summary

TOUCH Community Services Ltd in Singapore seeks an Executive – Care & Support for an Active Ageing Centre to assist in day-to-day operations, handle inquiries, coordinate befriender volunteers, and maintain records. You will engage seniors to understand care needs and ensure timely referrals to services.

Key duties include outreach to seniors, recruiting and training volunteers, conducting needs assessments, and coordinating with community partners to provide comprehensive care and support.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline, preferably with 2–3 years of relevant eldercare or healthcare experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for working with seniors and promoting active ageing.
• Experience with community outreach or social services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead outreach strategies to engage seniors in the community.
• Coordinate befriender volunteer engagement and match volunteers to seniors.
• Provide information and guidance on available programmes and services to seniors and caregivers.
• Conduct needs assessments and make referrals to healthcare providers and social service agencies.
• Establish and maintain records, monitoring service delivery and outcomes.
