Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in card operations or related financial services.
• Strong understanding of card issuance lifecycle and payment flows.
• Familiarity with KYB/KYC, AML and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end card issuance and lifecycle operations (issuance, activation, replacement, suspension, termination).
• Coordinate with financial institutions, card processors, and partners on operational matters.
• Support onboarding of new corporate and Web3 partners.
• Monitor funding, transactions, settlement, and reconciliation processes.
• Investigate failed transactions and operational exceptions.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Risk teams on AML/KYC controls.
• Work with Sales, Finance, Product, Technology to resolve issues and launches.
• Develop SOPs, workflows, and operational controls.
• Identify gaps and opportunities for automation.
• Prepare basic operational reports on volumes and service levels.
