Job summary

MetaComp Pte Ltd, a MAS-licensed digital payments firm in Singapore, invites an Associate/Senior Associate to manage client money movement across fiat and crypto. You will oversee deposits, payments, card operations, and reconciliation, working with Relationship Managers and Compliance in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.

The role is on-site in Singapore and emphasizes accuracy, speed, and clear communication, with growth opportunities as the payments function expands.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Business, or a related field.
• MAS regulatory knowledge or prior experience in a regulated financial institution is advantageous but not required.
• Mandarin proficiency (spoken and written) strongly preferred.
• Experience in payment operations, settlements, card operations, or finance treasury is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor inbound client deposits across fiat and crypto; credit client balances.
• Validate and execute outbound withdrawal and payment instructions to bank accounts and wallets.
• Act as maker or checker on outbound payments within the banking platform and internal ledgers.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers on deposits, payments, and withdrawals and manage escalations.
• Support card product operations from launch, issuances, and prefund management.
• Perform daily reconciliation against bank ledgers and card issuer settlement files; expand to networks as we scale.
