Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Business, Information Systems, CS, Finance, or related field.
Experience in payments, merchant acquiring, banking, or e-commerce preferred.
Understanding of card products, payment processing, and merchant acquiring ecosystems preferred.
Experience in project coordination, implementation, or business support roles.
Hands-on programming or scripting in Python, VBA, or comparable languages.
Experience using Postman to test REST APIs, authentication, and payloads.
Ability to read logs and communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Drive portfolio growth through proactive merchant acquisition, onboarding, and relationship management.
End-to-end implementation of merchant acquiring solutions for e-commerce and platforms.
Collaborate with PSPs, vendors, and internal teams to implement solutions.
Develop, enhance, or support lightweight applications, scripts, and process automations.
Provide after-hours support for critical incidents and conduct root cause analysis.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Ensure MAS regulations and card scheme rules compliance in all solutions.
