Job summary

Cornerstone Global Partners (CGP Group) is seeking an experienced Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of its C&B and Total Rewards framework in Singapore.

You will drive market benchmarking, governance, analytics and stakeholder alignment while building and mentoring a high-performing C&B team to deliver data-driven rewards programmes that support business objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards or a related HR specialisation.
• Proven experience in compensation strategy, salary structure design, benefits management and rewards governance.
• Prior team leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement C&B strategies, salary structures and employee benefits aligned with business objectives and talent priorities.
• Review and streamline compensation policies, processes and approval frameworks to enhance transparency and equity.
• Conduct market analysis across semiconductor and manufacturing sectors to ensure competitive practices.
• Leverage compensation data and HR analytics to provide insights for planning and decision-making.
• Partner with senior management and leaders to provide compensation recommendations and drive alignment on rewards initiatives.
• Lead initiatives to simplify compensation structures and address workforce requirements, including shift allowances.
• Lead, coach and develop the C&B team to strengthen capabilities.
