Job summary

ENGIE Group in Singapore is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive (I) to identify and pursue opportunities in the facilities management sector. You will support pipeline development, conduct market research, and assist in preparing compelling business cases and proposals.

You will engage in client meetings, tender preparation, and cross-functional collaboration with operations, engineering, procurement, and finance to deliver competitive, client-focused proposals.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Business/Facilities Management/Engineering.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Experience in business development, sales support, or bid management within facilities operations environments is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication; engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Possesses a strong safety mindset and consistently demonstrates good WSH practices.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across facilities management.
• Conduct market research on competitors, pricing trends, and customer needs.
• Support pipeline development and maintain tracking of opportunities.
• Assist in preparing business cases, revenue models, and proposals.
