Job summary

ENGIE Group in Singapore is seeking an on-site Facilities/Maintenance professional to oversee Minor Works and A&A projects. The role reports to the Facilities Manager and requires coordinating with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Civil Engineering with 3+ years in facilities management, good communication, safety mindset, and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in the facilities management/building maintenance industry
• Good communication skills, positive mindset and strong willingness to learn
• Hardworking and able to multi-task
• Have good documentation practice
• Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour

Responsibilities

• Report to the Facilities Manager regarding site issues.
• Monitor Minor Works and A&A projects in progress, ensuring all procedures and calculations are submitted to the client for review and approval.
• Coordinate closely with Minor Works/A&A project teams and maintenance operations teams.
• Liaise with project officers, subcontractors, and in-house workers on the daily progress of work activities, procurement, and operations to ensure timely project completion.
• Manage staff deployment for Minor Works/A&A projects and handle necessary administrative tasks.
• Conduct routine inspections of premises, facilities, and equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as required.
• Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks associated with projects and site operations.
• Prepare quotations and costing for Minor Works/A&A projects.
• Carry out other related duties as assigned.
