Job summary

ENGIE Group in Singapore is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive (I) to identify and pursue opportunities in the facilities management sector. You will support pipeline development, conduct market research, and assist in preparing compelling business cases and proposals.

You will engage in client meetings, tender preparation, and cross-functional collaboration with operations, engineering, procurement, and finance to deliver competitive, client-focused proposals.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Business/Facilities Management/Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the facilities management sector.
• Conduct market research on competitors, pricing trends, customer needs, and emerging industry developments.
• Support pipeline development and maintain accurate tracking of business opportunities and pursuits.
• Assist in preparing business cases, revenue models, and commercially sound proposals.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and site visits to support business development efforts.
• Lead or support tender preparation, including documentation, technical inputs, compliance reviews, and proposal coordination.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, procurement, and finance teams to develop accurate, competitive, and client-focused proposals.
• Draft and refine bespoke bid responses, ensuring proposals are polished, persuasive, and of the highest quality through strong editing and proofreading.
• Ensure tender submissions are delivered on time and in accordance with internal governance and approval processes.
• Work closely with HQ teams, FM operations managers, and engineering teams to understand operational strengths and service capabilities.
• Support the development of new and value-added service offerings, such as energy optimisation, sustainability solutions, remote hands, and facility audits.
• Build strong internal and external networks across the facilities management sector to stay informed of market developments and competitor activity.

Requirements
