Job summary

ENGIE Singapore is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to lead a team of technical officers and technicians for facilities management in Singapore. You will drive investigations for rectification works and coordinate with contractors for ad-hoc jobs, ensuring detailed reporting and documentation.

The role requires planning yearly maintenance, developing technician skills, and assisting the Facilities Manager in client liaison for system-related works.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 years' experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Good communication skills and customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technical officers and technicians for facilities management activities.
• Advise and lead technical investigations for rectification works.
• Liaise with contractors for rectification works or ad-hoc jobs.
• Investigate, analyse and report breakdowns and faults.
• Prepare technical reports on breakdowns and proposals.
• Carry out any other ad-hoc project, assignment, maintenance or repair work assigned.
• Ensure complete documentation of procedures and maintenance works.
• Plan and develop the technical officer skills.
• Assist the Facilities Manager in liaising with client for all works related to the system in-charge.
• Plan and execute the yearly maintenance schedule.
