Activate Interactive Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our growing Singapore team at Paya Lebar Quarter. This 12-month fixed-term contract offers renewal potential up to 36 months and the opportunity to work on cross-system initiatives across cloud platforms and APIs.

You will lead discovery and analysis, coordinate with product teams and engineers, ensure traceability, and guide testing and deployment activities to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Proven ability to collect and synthesize data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to influence stakeholders.
• End-to-end experience with product teams to build products.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• CS or PM related degrees are a plus; flexibility for deployments/out-of-hours.

Aufgaben

• Lead discovery and analysis across complex initiatives; translate needs into requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with owners, product teams, solution architects, engineers and vendors to shape scalable cloud-based solutions.
• Own requirements traceability and facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning and walkthroughs.
• Plan and coordinate testing (functional, integration, regression, performance, security, UAT) and manage defects.
• Assess readiness for deployment, support stabilization and issue resolution post-launch.
• Provide guidance to other analysts and ensure smooth knowledge transfer.
