Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of securities processing and fiduciary services operations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, able to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools; able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Collate and manage all the details regarding the application for the assigned business vertical.
• Support user community on business queries and guidance on better usage of the system on daily BAU activities.
• Document the scope and changes, and support the Project Manager in impact assessment.
• Governance to ensure design aligns with data flow strategy and long-term standardization.
• Collaborate in solutioning to ensure business solutions are thought through from front-end configuration perspective.
• Assess and propose testing approaches and sign-off criteria to stakeholders and obtain concurrence.
• Perform UAT management including timeline, batch runs, and tester results.
• Prepare documentation on data flow, design, business solutioning, and testing approach.

This position reports to Operation Project Management Team Lead and interacts with Regional Product, Technology and Operation teams. Main responsibility covers change management and to ensure quality deliverables within project timeline. The role will have opportunity to participate in GenAI, DocAi initiatives where we leverage the tool to reduce manual toil from day-to-day operational activities.

Responsibilities

• Collate and manage all the details regarding the application for the assigned business vertical
• information could span from details of systems interfacing, content of the various data being posted, data held within the application etc.
• Support user community on business queries and guidance on better usage of the system on daily BAU activities.
• Clear understanding the scope of the project, the changes associated and support the Project Manager in impact assessment. Clearly document the rationale for projects where no impact is assessed.
• For project where there is an impact, play a governance role in ensuring that the design (in terms of the level of information required from source to core processing is aligned with the strategic data flow strategy.
• Collate and rationalise all stakeholders' requirements and walkthrough these requirements with team
• Actively partnering with the team in the solutioning process to ensure that the business solutions being implemented are thought through from a long term, standardization, design for no operations, front-end configuration perspective.
• Assess and propose appropriate testing approach and sign off criteria to stakeholders and get concurrence.
• Perform UAT and management in terms of UAT timeline, batch run/ re-run and managing the tester's testing result.
• Prepare proper documentation on the data flow, design, business solutioning and testing approach in accordance with predefined template.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry, preferably in a project management or business analysis capacity
• Strong understanding of securities processing and fiduciary services operations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Adaptable to change and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
