Job summary

Qualifications

University degree with major in Finance, Statistics, Technology or related quantitative field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in financial institutions and/or handling system work.
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills across levels and teams.
Resilient team player with proven project management and independent work ability.
Meticulous, structured and detail-oriented.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude to challenge status quo.
Analytical with ability to identify/resolve system issues and assess impact.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong data analytics; SQL and Qlik Sense/Tableau experience.

Responsibilities

Lead data analytics initiatives (ML/GenAI) to transform risk management tools and processes.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, plans and timelines.
Gather user requirements and monitor status, reporting to management.
Translate business needs into system requirements and enhancements.
Develop User Stories and perform UAT; resolve production issues.
Track development progress and propose alternative solutions.
Create and maintain system documentation and resources.
Create training materials and conduct user training sessions.
