Job summary

DBS Asia Hub in Singapore is seeking an experienced Operations Project Manager to lead change management and ensure high-quality deliverables within project timelines. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within financial services.
• Strong understanding of securities processing and fiduciary services operations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with cross-functional collaboration.
• Adaptable to change and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Collate and manage all details regarding the application for the assigned business vertical.
• Support user community on business queries and guidance on better usage of the system on daily BAU activities.
• Clear understanding of the scope of the project, the changes associated and support the Project Manager in impact assessment.
• Governance role to ensure design alignment with the data flow strategy for source to core processing.
• Collate and rationalise all stakeholders' requirements and walkthrough these with the team.
• Partner with the team in the solutioning process to ensure long-term, standardized design and no-operations front-end configuration.
• Assess and propose appropriate testing approach and sign-off criteria to stakeholders and obtain concurrence.
• Perform UAT management including UAT timeline, batch run/re-run and tester results.
• Prepare proper documentation on data flow, design, business solutioning and testing approach.
