Job summary

Radixeng is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to lead interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions. You will translate business needs into clear requirements, create user stories, and support backlog prioritization while documenting AS-IS and TO-BE processes.

As a Business Analyst, you will:

1. Business Analysis & Process Design

Lead interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digital transformation.
