Job summary

People's Association seeks a Senior Manager (Building) to oversee planning, design and construction for Community Club/Centre projects and PA developments. You will coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver on time, within budget and to quality standards, ensuring safe and functional spaces for residents to meet and bond.

You will manage teams across design, construction, and handover phases, ensuring compliance with PA policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

Professional certification in architecture, building or project management or engineering.
Tier 2 Lead certification (DDM) or equivalent is desirable.

Responsibilities

Manage full project lifecycle from planning to handover for Community Club/Centre projects.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to meet objectives and budgets.
Lead and manage project teams from design to completion, including defects liability and handover to facilities management.
Oversee design reviews with advisers, Grassroot Leaders, BFC, CCMC, and co-locating partners to align with community needs.
Monitor project status and submit progress updates to management and stakeholders, securing funding when required.
Ensure compliance with government procedures, PA policies, and proper archiving of data and approvals.
