Job summary

People's Association seeks a Senior Manager (Integrated Programming & Partnership) to lead the planning and delivery of integrated community programmes at Wisma Geylang Serai. You will work with grassroots organisations, co-located partners, and community stakeholders to widen outreach, celebrate heritage, and build social capital.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years in a management position.
• 5+ years in community programming, partnership management, events management or grassroots work, with supervisory experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Malay.
• Willing to work weekday evenings and weekends for community events.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of integrated community programmes and partnerships at WGS.
• Coordinate with PA committees and divisions to plan national-level heritage and cultural programmes.
• Collaborate with community clubs and partners to maximise programme synergy.
• Plan marquee Malay cultural events (Hari Raya Bazaar, Bulan Bahasa, arts events).
• Engage grassroots organisations and external stakeholders to co-create programmes.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of volunteers.
• Supervise and guide the Manager (Integrated Programming) in day-to-day planning.
• Monitor outcomes and prepare progress reports for evidence-based planning.
