Job summary

The Talent People Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior BIM Modeller/BIM Coordinator to lead the federated BIM model and ensure data integrity across M&E disciplines.

You will manage BIM standards, workflows, and clash detection using Navisworks, Revit, ACC/Forma, and coordinate with consultants and contractors to deliver buildable designs.

This permanent, on-site role in East Singapore requires at least five years of BIM experience, strong team collaboration, and hands-on model management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' BIM experience in construction
• Experience leading BIM teams in construction projects
• Experience with M&E services coordination
• Proficiency with BIM software and standards

Responsibilities

• Assist BIM Manager with BIM/IDDEP requirements, standards, workflows and processes
• Develop and maintain federated BIM models across disciplines
• Conduct clash detection and prepare clash reports
• Ensure BEP compliance and data integrity
• Lead BIM/VDC meetings with consultants and contractors
• Submit BIM models and drawings per project schedule
• Mentor BIM Modellers and coordinate across teams
• Monitor BIM progress and resource/ software needs
