Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. invites applications for the Senior BIM Modeller/BIM Coordinator role in the East.

The position requires strong BIM coordination with M&E disciplines and extensive experience in Revit, Navisworks, and ACC/Forma tools. Responsibilities include setting up electrical templates, coordinating with BIM managers, conducting clash detection, and delivering BIM outputs such as models and reports. Work schedule is 5.5 days, typically 8.30am–5.30pm, with Saturday mornings.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' BIM experience in construction projects.
• Experience using ACC / Forma.
• Familiarity with M&E services and multidisciplinary design.
• Proficient in BIM & VDC software (Revit, Navisworks, ACC, etc.) and related design principles.
• Experience drafting, modelling and managing BIM teams and engineering works.

Responsibilities

• Set up templates for electrical models and manage the BIM model.
• Support BIM Manager to implement project-specific BIMDEP or IDDEP workflows.
• Execute BIM implementation across projects.
• Coordinate BIM standards, processes and deliverables across disciplines.
• Lead regular VDC meetings with stakeholders for clash resolution.
• Prepare BIM deliverables such as models, clash reports and visualisations.
• Track BIM progress and flag potential issues for timely action.
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks and coordinate resolutions.
