Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior BIM Modeller/BIM Coordinator to join the team in the East.

The role requires at least five years of BIM experience and proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, ACC, and Forma. You will lead BIM coordination, manage models, and drive clash resolution across disciplines. You will set up templates, coordinate with the BIM Manager, and deliver BIM outputs including 3D models, clash reports, and visualizations while maintaining data integrity and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of BIM experience in construction projects.
• Proficient in BIM and VDC software (Revit, Navisworks, ACC, Forma).
• Experience leading BIM teams and coordinating multi-discipline workflows.

Responsibilities

• Set up electrical model templates and manage the BIM project model.
• Support BIM Manager to implement IDDEP for the project.
• Execute BIM implementation across the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate BIM standards, processes, and deliverables for all disciplines.
• Lead regular VDC meetings with stakeholders to resolve clashes and coordination issues.
• Prepare BIM deliverables such as models, clash reports, and 3D visualizations.
• Track BIM progress, submission status, and data integrity.
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks to coordinate solutions.
• Mentor BIM Modellers and ensure timely BIM drawings.
