Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' BIM experience in construction.
• Experience with M&E services and multidisciplinary design.
• Proficient in BIM/VDC software such as Revit and Navisworks.

Responsibilities

• Set up electrical model templates and manage BIM models.
• Coordinate BIM workflows across project disciplines.
• Lead BIM deliverables, clash reports, and visualizations.
• Conduct regular BIM/VDC meetings and maintain data integrity.
• Mentor BIM Modellers and ensure on-time submissions.
