Job summary

LONG HIN (S) PTE. LTD. seeks a senior BIM Manager to lead the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling across projects in Singapore.

You will establish BIM standards, develop BEPs, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and ensure model quality throughout the lifecycle. The role requires strong leadership and hands-on BIM proficiency with Revit, Navisworks and BIM 360, plus the ability to drive collaboration with architects, engineers and constructors to achieve integrated

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in BIM management or related roles in architecture, engineering, or construction.
• Proven experience leading BIM teams and managing large-scale projects.
• Experience with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, AutoCAD and related tools.
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards, protocols, and processes (ISO 19650, BIM Level 2).
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership abilities and experience in team management.
• Proficiency in data management and model coordination.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide team support.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction and design workflows, including clash detection and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the overall implementation of BIM across projects.
• Establish, implement and maintain BIM standards, workflows and best practices.
• Develop and manage BEPs with project teams.
• Establish and manage BIM workflows and model coordination across disciplines.
• Monitor BIM implementation and utilization throughout the project lifecycle.
• Evaluate and implement new BIM technologies to improve efficiency.
• Lead, manage and mentor BIM Coordinators, Modellers and related personnel.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and consultants for BIM integration.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings, including model reviews, clash detection and resolution.
• Provide BIM training, guidance and technical support to project teams.
• Ensure BIM models and data are accurate and meet quality standards.
• Review and validate BIM models for accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor BIM-related schedules, submissions and deliverables for timeliness.
• Conduct quality checks including clash detection and coordination between disciplines.
• Identify and resolve BIM coordination issues with project teams.
• Manage BIM software and platforms (Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 and related tools).
• Coordinate with IT to maintain BIM software and system integration with workflows.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot BIM software issues.
• Continuously improve BIM processes and standards to boost efficiency.
• Research and evaluate emerging BIM technologies for potential adoption.
• Monitor BIM performance and gather feedback for improvements.
• Communicate BIM progress and coordination issues to clients and stakeholders.
• Provide technical BIM support to external partners and consultants.
