Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced BIM Electrical Modeler to manage and coordinate the electrical BIM model for large-scale projects in Singapore's East region. You will set up templates, lead BIM collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure data integrity and timely submissions.

You should have 5+ years in BIM/construction, familiarity with ACC/Forma, Revit/Navisworks, and strong coordination skills to drive clash detection and VDC processes on site.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of BIM/construction experience.
• Experience with ACC/Forma and M&E services.
• Proficient in BIM/VDC software (Revit, Navisworks) and multidisciplinary design understanding.

Responsibilities

• Set up the Electrical Model template and manage the model.
• Support BIM Manager to implement IDDEP for the project.
• Execute BIM implementation and deliverables (models, clash reports, 3D visuals).
• Coordinate BIM standards across all project disciplines.
• Manage central BIM model and ensure version control and data integrity.
• Lead regular VDC meetings with stakeholders for reviews.
• Prepare and plan BIM submission schedules and shop drawings.
• Attend project coordination meetings with contractors and consultants.
