Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior BIM Modeller/Coordinator to work at our East Singapore location. The role focuses on setting up electrical models, coordinating multidisciplinary BIM workflows, and delivering clash-free BIM outputs.

You will support the BIM Manager in implementing project IDDEP, running regular VDC reviews, and ensuring model integrity and timely submissions. Strong Revit/Navisworks/ACC skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in BIM and coordination within construction projects.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary design and construction processes.
• Proficiency in BIM software and clash management workflows.

Responsibilities

• Set up Electrical Model templates and manage the model.
• Support BIM Manager to implement project IDDEP.
• Execute BIM implementation across project.
• Coordinate BIM standards and enforce deliverables.
• Lead BIM model reviews with stakeholders to resolve clashes.
• Prepare BIM deliverables and reports, including clash reports and 3D visualizations.
• Track BIM progress and submission status, flag issues.
• Lead and mentor BIM Modellers for timely drawings.
