Job summary

Web Synergies (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior BIM Coordinator in Singapore to lead modeling, coordination, and data integrity across disciplines and sub-contractors. You will audit BIM data, drive meetings, and produce model drawings and progress reports.

The role requires a degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering, at least 3 years of experience, and strong Revit/Navisworks/AutoCAD proficiency aligned with Singapore regulations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or its relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Clear understanding of all the services and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage model data to facilitate BIM coordination across disciplines and sub-contractors.
• Collaborate with multiple disciplines to deliver and/or manage BIM data.
• Collect, integrate, and audit BIM data per BIM requirements, design codes and regulations.
• Audit BIM data for data integrity and consistency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve BIM issues on projects.
• Participate as auditor in client BIM meetings and lead the meetings.
• Lead the CCSM/ CSSM modeling and drawings production.
• Generate progress and status reports for BIM projects.
