Job summary

Staffhub Group is seeking a BIM Coordinator for Singapore-based projects. The role requires coordinating with multiple disciplines, conducting clash detection, and maintaining the BIM model up to as-built.

You will join a team handling complex civil/construction BIM workflows on-site. The ideal candidate has a Diploma or equivalent and at least 5 years of related experience, with Revit and Navisworks proficiency.

Qualifications

• Requires Diploma or equivalent.
• Requires skills in Revit software and Navisworks.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in engineering or construction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with BIM coordinators of other disciplines.
• Carry out clash detection and assist in resolving clashes on site construction.
• Attend BIM coordination meetings with project consultants and BIM coordinators from other disciplines.
• Maintain and update BIM model up to as-built stage.
