Job summary

Aurex Group is seeking a seasoned BIM leader with an E+M background to oversee a portfolio of mission-critical projects across SE Asia. You will lead a team of BIM project leaders, ensuring they have the direction to deliver on schedule and within scope.

Responsible for developing and implementing best-practice methodologies, you will explore and adapt new technology with support from the regional digital leadership team to drive project success.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years in a BIM management role overseeing E+M elements.
• Tertiary qualification in engineering or related field.
• Led infrastructure projects with clear communication and collaboration.
• Must be based in Singapore or have worked in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the deliverables and strategy of BIM projects across SE Asia.
• Lead a team of BIM project leaders to ensure on-schedule execution.
• Identify and implement best-practice methodologies and processes.
• Explore and adapt new technology with regional digital leadership support.
