Job summary

Aurex Group is seeking a seasoned BIM leader with an E+M background to oversee a portfolio of mission-critical projects across SE Asia. You will lead a team of BIM project leaders, ensuring they have the direction to deliver on schedule and within scope.

Responsible for developing and implementing best-practice methodologies, you will explore and adapt new technology with support from the regional digital leadership team to drive project success.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years in a BIM management role overseeing E+M elements.
• Tertiary qualification in engineering or related field.
• Led infrastructure projects with clear communication and collaboration.
• Must be based in Singapore or have worked in Singapore.

We have been engaged by a global contractor to identify a proven BIM leader with an E+M background to oversee a portfolio of mission critical projects across SE Asia.

Overseeing the deliverables and strategy of the projetcs, you will be responsible for a team of BIM project leaders, ensuring they have the support and direction to execute the projects on schedule. You will look to explore and implement best practice methodolgies, identify and adapt new technology with the support of the regional digital leadership team.

• A minimum of 10 years in a BIM management role specifically overseeing the E+M elements of a project with experience handling the other models.
• A tertiary qualification in engineering or related field.
• Led infrstructure projects, driving the progress through clear communication and collaboration of all parties involved
• Delivered best practice methodology and trained people on BIM process.
• Must be based in Singapore or have worked in Singapore.
