Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Building Services or related field.
- Proven BIM management/leadership experience in building projects.
- Strong M&E BIM coordination with cross-discipline exposure.
Responsibilities
- Lead BIM delivery for M&E works on large projects.
- Coordinate BIM models across M&E, architectural, civil & structural teams.
- Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to resolve clashes.
- Maintain BIM standards and ensure timely model delivery.
- Review models, drawings and as-built documentation.
- Provide technical leadership to BIM teams.
