Job summary

China Construction(South Pacific) Development Company Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced professional to lead a team of M&E coordinators and BIM Modellers on large-scale projects. You will coordinate M&E drawings, attend meetings with consultants, and resolve technical issues on site while ensuring alignment with project schedules and specifications.

The role requires a degree in M&E or a BCA M&E coordination certificate with at least 8 years of relevant experience, preferably with an A1 main

Qualifications

• Degree in M&E recognized by PEB or a BCA M&E coordination certificate.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience as an Assistant M&E Manager with an A1 Main Contractor.
• Hospital or healthcare project experience is an added advantage.
• Highly motivated, independent with excellent team spirit and communication skills.
• Working Hours: 5 or 6-day week, alternate Saturdays off.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of M&E coordinators and BIM Modellers in design and coordination works.
• Attend technical and site meetings with consultants.
• Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues.
• Interface M&E planning and coordination with consultants and document control such as monitoring sample submissions and drawing approvals.
• Coordinate, organize and prepare construction and Interfacing/M&E documents and drawings.
• Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications / drawings.
• Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems.
• Supervise the progress of works on site.
• Coordinate sub-contractor's work and ensure the work is on schedule.
