Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5–8 years in Buildings Mechanical Design.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Experience with BIM / Revit is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Taking responsibility for projects from initial design through construction and final review.
• Collaborating with other design disciplines locally and regionally to ensure design integrity.
• Managing budgets, schedules, QA and client feedback, and communicating changes clearly.
• Assisting workload management and resource forecasting and contributing to proposals.
• Reviewing compliance, drawings, reports, specs, surveys and appraisals.
• Building relationships with clients and developing potential business opportunities.
