Job summary

YANTRON (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. seeks a senior BIM Platform Lead to drive product planning and R&D roadmaps for BIM platform operations across Southeast Asia. You will define core platform functions and oversee agile delivery, ensuring localization to regional standards while integrating AI/ML, IoT and digital twins.

You will build and lead a BIM consulting team covering pre-sales, implementation, and training, liaising with China HQ and regional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in the AEC industry, including 5 years in team leadership or platform delivery roles.
• At least 3 years’ experience in Southeast Asia, familiar with two or more major markets.
• Specialist Diploma in BIM or experience in LTA projects is an advantage.
• Familiarity with the CORENET X platform is an advantage.
• Proven experience developing and implementing BIM-based platforms; proficient in Revit, ArchiCAD, Navisworks, Bentley, and IFC standards.
• Experience managing large-scale or cross-border BIM consulting projects (PMP, Agile, or Scrum preferred).
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English, with the ability to liaise with China headquarters and regional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Market Development

• Develop and implement BIM-focused growth strategies across Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines).
• Identify and engage new clients including developers, architects, government agencies, and infrastructure operators.
• Analyze regional market needs, pain points, and digital transformation trends in the AEC/FM sectors.

BIM & Product Management

• Lead product planning and R&D roadmap for BIM platform operations in Southeast Asia.
