Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to oversee BIM implementation and standards across projects in Singapore.

You will develop BEPs, maintain modelling procedures, and coordinate architectural, structural and MEP models to ensure clean clashes and timely deliverables. The role requires 5+ years of BIM experience and proficiency in Revit and Navisworks, with strong coordination and information management skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in BIM, Civil/Structural/Architecture or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant BIM experience.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and other BIM software.

Responsibilities

• Manage BIM implementation, standards, workflows and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP), modelling standards, procedures and information management processes.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models, including architectural, structural and MEP disciplines, and conduct clash detection and resolution.
• Ensure the accuracy, quality, compliance and timely submission of BIM models and deliverables.
• Coordinate BIM activities with consultants, contractors, engineers, site teams and other project stakeholders.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings and monitor outstanding coordination matters through to resolution.
• Manage the Common Data Environment (CDE), model federation, information exchanges and document control.
• Provide technical guidance, training and support to BIM personnel and project teams.
• Ensure BIM processes align with project requirements, applicable Singapore BIM standards and relevant BCA requirements.
• Troubleshoot BIM-related issues and support the effective use of BIM for construction planning, coordination and project delivery.
• Prepare BIM coordination reports and maintain relevant project documentation.
