Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior BAU professional to coordinate ongoing operations for the Anchor program. You will manage recurring cycles, deliver dashboards and scorecards, and provide timely visibility into BAU performance.

The role requires extensive BAU experience, strong problem-solving, and the ability to triage issues across multiple workstreams. A BSFI background is preferred, with steady escalation and governance responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience running projects at operational BAU level.
• BSFI experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage recurring BAU activities across the Anchor program, including operational reporting cycles and routine stakeholder obligations.
• Produce and maintain BAU dashboards, KPI/KRI trackers, and operational scorecards.
• Serve as the first point of contact for BAU operational issues, triage, and route queries to appropriate workstream, maintaining an issues log with resolution timelines.
