Job summary

JUST RECRUIT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a mid-office BAU Support Analyst to back Project Anchor migration. The role operates 9am-6pm SGT, focusing on continuity, reporting, and issue resolution within the Anchor program in Singapore.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Project Management/BA, with strong stakeholder engagement and BAU reporting capabilities to support operational excellence during H1 FY27 completion.

Qualifications

• Essential Project Management/Business Analyst with experience of 5+ years.
• Desirable Project Management Officer having operationalsupportexposure in his previous roles
• Skills: Project Management, Stakeholder engagement, BAU reporting, Issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• BAU Process Management: Coordinate and manage recurring BAU activities across the Anchor program, including operational reporting cycles, periodic reviews, and routine stakeholder obligations to ensure continuity alongside change delivery.
• Operational & Reporting: Produce and maintain BAU dashboards, KPI/KRI trackers, and operational scorecards, providing management with timely visibility into business-as-usual performance metrics.
• Issue Resolution & Escalation Support: Serve as the first point of contact for BAU operational issues, triage, and route queries to the appropriate workstream or function, and maintain an issues log with resolution timelines.
