Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a BAU Operations Coordinator in Singapore to oversee ongoing business-as-usual activities within the Anchor program. You will coordinate recurring cycles, facilitate change delivery, and support stakeholders with timely information.

You will produce and maintain BAU dashboards, KPI/KRI trackers, and operational scorecards to offer management clear visibility into performance.

Qualifications

• BAU Process Management coordination across recurring cycles and stakeholder obligations.
• Operational reporting and dashboards development.
• Issue resolution and escalation support for BAU operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage recurring BAU activities across the Anchor program, including operational reporting cycles, periodic reviews, and routine stakeholder obligations to ensure continuity alongside change delivery.
• Produce and maintain BAU dashboards, KPI/KRI trackers, and operational score cards, providing management with timely visibility into business-as-usual performance metrics.
• Serve as the first point of contact for BAU operational issues, triage, and route queries to the appropriate workstream or function, and maintain an issues log with resolution timelines.
