Job summary

JUST RECRUIT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a BAU Support Analyst to manage continuity, reporting and issue resolution for the Project Anchor migration in Singapore.

You will coordinate BAU activities, produce dashboards and KPI trackers, and act as the first point of contact for operational issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution across workstreams. The role targets completion by H1 FY27 and requires strong PM/BA skills.

Qualifications

• Essential Project Management/Business Analyst with experience of 5+ years.
• Desirable Project Management Officer having operationalsupport exposure in his previous roles.
• Skills include stakeholder engagement, BAU reporting and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• BAU Process Management: coordinate recurring BAU activities and reporting cycles to ensure continuity.
• Operational reporting: produce dashboards, KPI/KRI trackers and scorecards for visibility.
• Issue resolution & escalation support: serve as first contact for BAU issues and log resolutions.

Job Background/context:

Key Responsibilities:

• BAUProcess Management:Coordinate and manage recurringBAUactivities across the Anchor program, including operational reporting cycles, periodic reviews, and routine stakeholder obligations to ensure continuity alongside change delivery.
• Operational & Reporting:Produce and maintainBAUdashboards, KPI/KRI trackers, and operational scorecards, providing management with timely visibility into business-as-usual performance metrics.

• Issue Resolution & EscalationSupport:Serve as the first point of contact forBAUoperational issues, triage, and route queries to the appropriate workstream or function, and maintain an issues log with resolution timelines.
