THE SINGAPORE MARTINI CLUB PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Bartender to drive bar operations and deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced setting. You will craft high-quality drinks, collaborate on cocktail development, and ensure guests have a welcoming, memorable experience.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in a cocktail bar, strong knowledge of cocktails/history, and a passion for mixology, with a collaborative, lead-by-example attitude. Flexible weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 year experience in a cocktail bar or similar fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Knowledge of cocktail history, classic cocktails, and homemade ingredient preparation techniques
• Creative passion for mixology and delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Positive team player attitude with ability to motivate and lead by example
• Resilient under pressure and committed to ongoing personal and professional development

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized bar area that complies with health and safety regulations at all times
• Engage guests to deliver personalized, memorable experiences and professionally resolve any issues or complaints
• Collaborate with management to develop new drinks, plan menu launches, organize events, and improve overall bar performance
• Update knowledge of beverage industry trends and apply new ideas to enhance the bar’s offerings
• Prepare cocktails using extensive knowledge of recipes, bar equipment, and sanitation standards
• Communicate effectively with staff and customers to ensure smooth bar operations and excellent service
• Organize and manage time efficiently to meet service demands in a fast-paced environment
• Work flexible hours including weekends and holidays to support bar operations
