Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a seasoned bartender to lead daily bar service and support the Bar Manager in maintaining high beverage quality, team performance and member experience.

You will supervise bar operations, ensure recipes and presentations, build member relationships, coach staff, assist with menu development and maintain stock, hygiene, and safety standards across the service.

Qualifications

• Strong bartending experience in premium hospitality.
• Advanced cocktail, spirits and beverage knowledge.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong service, leadership, inventory and communication skills.
