Job summary

Baes Hospitality Pte Ltd is seeking a bartender to deliver friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced bar environment.

You will ensure glassware quality, prepare drinks, maintain bar cleanliness, restock inventory, and work with the manager to run smooth daily operations. Entry-level candidates are welcome and a sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced, customer-oriented setting.
• Knowledge of beverage recipes, preparation methods, and presentation.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in F&B.

Job Description

• Thoroughly clean and polish glasses to ensure a pristine presentation for drinks.
• Maintain a clean and tidy bar area to uphold high hygiene standards.
• Assist with preparation tasks to streamline the efficiency of the bar service.
• Regularly check and replenish ice levels; ensure an ample supply of mixers for smooth operations.
• Efficiently take customer orders, providing attentive and friendly service.
• Complete closing procedures, including settling bills and ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
• Set up the bar for service, ensuring all necessary items are in place. Similarly, close the bar efficiently at the end of the day.
• Organize bottles and glasses in a manner that supports efficient drink preparation and enhances beverage promotions.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills to ensure a smooth flow of service.
• Assist the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines to create a safe and hygienic environment for both staff and customers.
• Work closely with the manager to facilitate the efficient operation of the bar on a daily basis.
• Other ad-hoc duty as assigned.
