Job summary

The Singapore Martini Club Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Senior Bartender to drive bar operations alongside the Head Bartender, delivering excellent service and crafting high-quality drinks.

You will collaborate on cocktail creation, train staff, and ensure guests enjoy a welcoming, memorable experience in a fast-paced venue. This role requires flexibility for weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a cocktail bar or similar fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Knowledge of cocktail history, classic cocktails, and homemade ingredient preparation techniques.
• Creative passion for mixology and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Positive team player attitude with ability to motivate and lead by example.
• Resilient under pressure and committed to ongoing personal and professional development.

• Communicate effectively with staff and customers to ensure smooth bar operations and excellent service.
• Organize and manage time efficiently to meet service demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Work flexible hours including weekends and holidays to support bar operations.
