Job summary

Atlas Trade Incorporated PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a friendly Bartender to prepare and serve quality beverages and deliver excellent customer service. You will maintain a clean, organized bar, manage stock, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities include serving drinks, upselling menu items, handling payments with the POS system, and supporting the team during busy periods. Previous F&B experience and knowledge of cocktails are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and quality standards
• Provide friendly and professional customer service, including recommending drinks and upselling menu items
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels of the bar area
• Process customer orders and payments accurately using the POS system
• Monitor responsible alcohol service and verify customers' age where required
• Assist with inventory counts and minimize stock wastage
• Work closely with the bar and service team to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:

• Previous bartending or food & beverage service experience is preferred
