Job summary

offtrack pte. ltd. seeks a seasoned bartender supervisor to lead shifts in our high-volume, upscale venue. You will craft classic and signature cocktails, pair wines, and ensure every guest experiences precise service and welcome atmosphere.

You will mentor junior bartenders, manage schedules, monitor stock, and uphold RSA and food-safety standards while handling cash and POS duties with precision. A proven track record in fast-paced bars is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale bar or club.
• Deep knowledge of mixology, spirits, wines, and garnishing techniques.
• Strong leadership, multitasking, communication, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Valid food handling certifications and relevant bartending or mixology qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead bar shifts, train junior bartenders and barbacks on service standards, and guide them through complex orders.
