Job summary

EY Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead bank-wide cutover planning and execution for complex banking transformation programmes. You will develop the end-to-end cutover strategy, coordinate business, operations, technology and vendor teams, and ensure a controlled transition to production with minimal disruption.

The successful candidate will run cutover readiness activities, establish command-centre governance and drive go-live across multiple workstreams and platforms,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of banking technology delivery experience with cutover leadership.
• Experience developing and executing cutover runbooks for complex migrations.
• Experience establishing Cutover Command Centres for go-live events.
• Strong cutover readiness planning, data migration, reconciliation and production verification.
• Experience in Core Banking, Payments, Digital Banking transformations.
• Stakeholder management, risk management, and executive reporting.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated cutover strategy, runbook, and execution plan.
• Define cutover tasks, sequencing, dependencies, resources, and rollback procedures.
• Coordinate deployment, data migration, and readiness across all workstreams.
• Lead cutover readiness assessments and dress rehearsals for go-live.
• Establish and lead the Cutover Command Centre and war-room operations.
• Govern go/no-go decisions, production verification and signoffs.
• Coordinate hypercare and transition to BAU support.
• Monitor cutover risks, issues, and dependencies and report to leadership.
